Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage & Charges

  • Pan-India Delivery: We ship to thousands of pin codes across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): To ensure a trustworthy shopping experience, we proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Please ensure you are available to receive the package and have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping fees or free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

2. Delivery Timelines

We work with reputed national courier partners to get your products to your doorstep. Our estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are processed and delivered within 7 to 14 days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Special Cases / Remote Locations: For certain high-demand items, custom orders, or deliveries to remote/northeastern regions, shipping may take 14 to 25 business days. If your order falls into this category, it will be noted on the product page or communicated to you via email/SMS.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be impacted by public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's journey directly through our courier partner’s website using the provided link.

5. Delivery Attempts (For COD Orders)

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 2 or 3 times before returning it to our warehouse.

  • Please ensure your delivery address, landmark, and contact number are accurate.

  • If a COD order is repeatedly refused or uncollected without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict the COD payment option for future orders on your account.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if items are missing:

  • Please refuse to accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged.

  • If you accept the package and find issues inside, please take photos/videos and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at [ Support Email - trustedmart09@gmail.com].
